Session 2:  Strategic Alliances

Overview/Purpose:  The second session builds upon your mission by showing you how to identify and leverage business allies who share an interest in your success, and with whom you can cooperatively develop knowledge, set loftier goals, and hold each other accountable.

Scope/Details:  Have you ever set annual goals at the start of a new year, only to be drawn off track by work and other tasks as the months roll by?  In addition, has networking during the course of the year proven time-consuming or less fruitful than desired?  Jim Rohn said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”  Learning how to develop and harness the power of a Master Mind group will ensure your closest allies share your interests -- with encouragement and ideas for your productivity and your success.  This session builds upon the first by teaching proven methods that can help you build a framework of allies for professional accountability to keep you moving forward -- allies who
a) thoroughly understand what you do and where you are headed, 
b) have a vested interest in your success, and
c) will serve as a sounding-board and a catalyst for your business.
