This series of three, inter-connected sessions is designed to empower you to take your career to the next level – for good - with higher probability of successful outcomes, efficiencies, and predictability.
Session 1: Purpose-Driven Practice
Overview/Purpose: The principles in the first session are designed to give you the methods to define yourself and your career in a way that will withstand future changes, separate you from competitors, and will provide you insights into the foundation for creating lasting, loyal client relationships.
Scope/Details: When hundreds of others share your same profession, how do you differentiate yourself sufficiently to:
-reach ideal targets,
-build lasting, loyal relationships, and
–protect against external threats?
The Purpose-Driven Practice seminar is designed to help you identify and describe the unique elements you offer. The objective is to help you craft or refine your mission and build a foundational point from which all of your business development, client relationship efforts, and communications flow. Ultimately, you will
> define yourself in a sustainable way that connects with people on a visceral level,
> enables you to retain and develop loyalty in clients, and
> empowers you to confront future business questions with more efficiency.
Session 2: Strategic Alliances
Overview/Purpose: The second session builds upon your mission by showing you how to identify and leverage business allies who share an interest in your success, and with whom you can cooperatively develop knowledge, set loftier goals, and hold each other accountable.
Scope/Details: Have you ever set annual goals at the start of a new year, only to be drawn off track by work and other tasks as the months roll by? In addition, has networking during the course of the year proven time-consuming or less fruitful than desired? Jim Rohn said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Learning how to develop and harness the power of a Master Mind group will ensure your closest allies share your interests -- with encouragement and ideas for your productivity and your success. This session builds upon the first by teaching proven methods that can help you build a framework of allies for professional accountability to keep you moving forward -- allies who
a) thoroughly understand what you do and where you are headed,
b) have a vested interest in your success, and
c) will serve as a sounding-board and a catalyst for your business.
Session 3: Strategy Drivers
Overview/Purpose: The third session considers what promotional avenues best suit you, your schedule, your direction and message, as well as your targeted prospects – all based on the work and insights developed in the prior two sessions.
Scope/Details: Too often, business owners rush to find the next “latest, greatest” solution, without fully evaluating its suitability for their overall business purpose and current goals. In other words, a rush to solve an immediate need may result in a costly decision that is out of step with the business mission. This leads to alienation from foundational goals and objectives.
Building upon what was learned in the first two sessions, this session will
> help you answer the question, “What do you want prospects to do and when?” and
> give you the strategy for communicating and refining communication with prospects and clients.
We will identify which tools best suit your business mission and your targeted prospects. We will also discuss timing for implementation of tools and platforms as needed in response to client and prospect feedback and activities. And, if you’re wondering how you’ll have time for all of this - we will address options for time management and automation to help improve efficiency!
Attendance is limited in order to facilitate interactive collaboration and feedback during the sessions. Each workshop is 2 hours.
